    If the furniture is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

    If we mistakenly deliver the wrong product, we will offer you a full refund or exchange the items at no extra charge.

  3. Order Cancellations
    If your order is canceled before delivery, we will issue a full refund. However, once the delivery has been completed, the refund eligibility will be based on our return policy.
