Delivery

Delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days after order confirmation. For urgent requests, we offer expedited delivery options to meet tight deadlines.

Delivery is free for orders over ₹10,000 within our standard service area. For orders below this threshold or locations outside our primary service area, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your delivery. Our team will also contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

If you’re not available during the scheduled delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time, but additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets for payment. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

We do not require a security deposit for most rentals. However, depending on the order and rental duration, a deposit may be requested in some cases. This will be communicated clearly during the order process.

Full payment for the rental is due at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made upfront, or you can choose a flexible payment plan based on your rental agreement.

Your Oder

Simply browse through our available furniture options, select the items you need, and fill out the order form on our website. Once we receive your order, our team will confirm availability and set up delivery details.

Yes, you can modify your order before delivery. Just contact our support team, and we will assist you in making changes. After delivery, changes can still be made for additional items or adjustments.

We offer flexible rental periods ranging from short-term rentals (3 months) to long-term contracts (12 months or more). You can choose the rental period that fits your needs.

We recommend you measure your office space before placing an order. If you need assistance, our team can help by providing layout suggestions or customized furniture configurations based on your office size.

Refunds & Returns

If your furniture is damaged or the wrong item is delivered, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Used furniture is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or it’s damaged during delivery. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the furniture is damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Please provide clear photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Once we process the return and verify the issue, you can expect a refund within 7-10 business days, depending on your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
